✔️ each quarter contains a larger quantity of ground beef and chip steak along with a smaller quantity of roasts and steaks
✔️ weight per quarter to be determined after hanging

Example Cuts per Quarter:

Selection may include: Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Sirloin, and/or Skirt

- 12-14 packages of Chipped Steak (great for cheesesteaks)

- 2 packages of Short Ribs

- 50-60 lbs of Ground Beef (1lb per pkg)
